All Me to All Mommy

All Me to All Mommy

As I stand in the middle of my living room, surrounded by a sea of Lego bricks, sippy cups, and the occasional rogue sock, I can't help but chuckle at the stark contrast between my former self and the woman I've become. Gone are the days of sleeping in on the weekend and leisurely dinners or outings with friends. Now, my world revolves around nap schedules, pureed vegetables, and the occasional triumphant moment when I manage to brush my teeth before noon.

I used to be the epitome of the "SheStrong" woman - fierce, independent, and unapologetically ambitious. My days were filled with conquering fitness challenges, scribbling in my journal, and sipping on my favorite protein-packed smoothie. I was the master of my own destiny, answering to no one but myself. Little did I know that the universe had a different plan in store for me.

The day my little bundle of joy arrived, my world shifted on its axis. Suddenly, I found myself navigating the uncharted waters of motherhood, where the only schedule that mattered was the one dictated by my tiny human. Gone were the days of leisurely workouts and uninterrupted self-care rituals. Instead, I found myself doing squats while holding a baby, and "me time" consisted of the occasional five-minute shower.

But as I slowly adjusted to this new normal, I realized that the strength I had cultivated as an individual had only grown stronger. Motherhood had unlocked a level of resilience and determination I never knew existed. Suddenly, I was juggling the demands of a career, a household, and a tiny human, all while somehow managing to squeeze in a workout or two.

And that's where SheStrong Evolution comes in. This is where savage strength meets healing - where I can find the empowering apparel and hopefully more that fuel my journey as a modern-day superwoman. Because let's be real, being a mom is the ultimate endurance challenge, and I need all the support I can get.

So, as I sit here, covered in a layer of Goldfish crumbs and spit-up, I can't help but feel a sense of pride. I may have gone from "all me" to "all mommy," but in the process, I've discovered a strength and resilience that I never knew was possible. And with the help of SheStrong Evolution, I'm embracing this new chapter with open arms, one empowered step at a time.
