✨ Meet Lindsey Stines
Founder of SheStrong Evolution & Brutal Bloom
A few years ago, Lindsey found herself in a place many women know all too well — trying to balance motherhood, life, fitness goals, and the pressure to somehow have it all together. She kept telling herself she'd start when she was more confident, stronger, smaller, or more prepared.
But eventually, she realized something important:
Strength isn't something you're born with. It's something you build.
So she stopped waiting for the "perfect" version of herself to show up — and started becoming her, one decision at a time.
That journey led to the creation of SheStrong Evolution and eventually Brutal Bloom — a brand built for women who are growing through the messy middle, showing up imperfectly, and choosing themselves anyway.
Today, Lindsey is building a business, chasing big dreams, raising her daughter Melah, and helping other women realize they don't have to become someone else to be strong — they already are.
